Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Jlr has been an excellent path into the industry, there are so many resources avaialable to upskill and get knowledge. The communication between the early careers leads is impeccable and the grad scheme is very well structured. Placements allow for a wide perspective of the business and enough flexibility to tailor the grad scheme to your own development goals
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Project engineer - coordinate and build prototypes in 3d printed parts, design testing rigs
Engineering research - circularity assessment, system integration, CAE, Design of new systems
