Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?

Amazing. Full autonomy to do placements in parts of the business that interest you and build meaningful connections. The grad scheme was whatever you made of it.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

The rotations was my favourite part - getting to experience different parts of JLR. I also enjoyed my time at Ashorne Hill, was nice to see the investment JLR was putting into us.

Ask for full clarity with home team allocation and try to influence your allocation where possible.
