Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?

I’ve really appreciated how supportive everyone at NatWest has been, people are easy going and always willing to help. I’m very glad I chose this organisation for my graduate scheme.

I really valued the four placements across different departments in the bank, as they gave me the chance to discover my skill set and explore different opportunities through the scheme. They included commercial product placement, technical skills and relationship management placement.
