Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
Generally positive, culture is fantastic with a great work life balance. Opportunities for lateral experience were a bit limited but able to secure early promotion from the grad scheme.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As a grad auditor, the primary responsibilities are supporting on audit activities during planning, completing testing during fieldwork, and supporting on reporting. There are also plenty of opportunities outside the BAU aspects of the role such as supporting on strategic initiatives for the function.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to NatWest Group?
Practice on question banks and practice giving video interviews - these are the first stages of application but once you're past them it's easier to impress when its a person interviewing you.
