Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
A fantastic first year, really structured programme and training, great work experience, however they have no clue what to do with graduates when they come to the end of the scheme, meaning having a terrible ending experience.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
4 placements though HR supporting different teams on various change the bank projects

The salary is good but there is no differentiation for graduates who put effort and those who just do their role
