Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
The graduate experience is quite stressful due to the lack of "real" work available and early careers not communicating well with the grads with changing narratives about our futures.

You had to put a lot of work in independently to prepare yourself for your future career. Not enough real projects to work on it.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Formal training wasn't very good - it was for people with/without technology degrees (something they're changing now) so it was very basic. Training in day-to-day role was okay.

Was able to work hybrid/remote quite easily. The culture around graduates was unsettling.
