Worked for a Client Service Team within Global Trade Solutions in Commercial Banking. Day-to-day tasks included engaging with clients, dealing with client queries, supporting smooth trade processes, facilitating trade.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Culture was great. You could tell people were genuinely passionate about what they do and this was reflected in the wider compnay culture. A very freindly, welcoming environment with a close community feel. Their priorities are integrated in everyday life - e.g. two paid volunteering days a year showing geniune care for the wider community.
