I was given some repsonsibility, I worked very collaboratively on a lot of tasks but was also able to complete independent work.

A lot of support and guidance from the Early Careers Team, particularly the Programme Supervisors/Specialists. Support from my team in the office too, but the environment encourages you to create your own opportunities.
