Overall, how would you describe your experience at Lloyds Banking Group?
A really inclusive place to work with lots of opportunity to develop and learn new skills!
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Day to day my main responsibilities include writing application code and reviewing code my team have written. I have also been involved in production releases and get the opportunity to do lots of full stack work.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My team are wonderful and help whenever I have questions. We also recognise all the good work that goes on in the team so nothing goes unnoticed.

We have a very competitive pay package with a sign on bonus as well as private health care, good holidays, and generous employer pension contributions.

Vey good, there are lots of opportunity to learn new skills and my day to day job helps me to consolidate my typical software engineering skills.

Really good! Every year we get a day to make a difference where we can volunteer and on top of that we have lots of opportunity to help the next generation of talent too!
