Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Lloyds Banking Group?

Really good - LBG are a great company to work as they have a brilliant culture and have created a graduate scheme that helps development, provides a wide range of experience and opens up lots of opportunities. Being a rotational graduate scheme, I got to do 4 different placements that were all very interesting and exposed me to different areas of the business. They are also supportive of extra-curricular work and so I have been undertaking my CIMA exams while going through the graduate scheme

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

I have done 4 rotations based in the following departments: Mortgages, Overdrafts, AI and then Digital Engagement. The responsibilities within each of these involved getting immersed in the team, having my own pieces of work to manage and deliver, and then working across a wide stretch of stakeholders. The thing I liked most was the level of autonomy I was given in each of the roles to independently manage work and demonstrate my strengths in the best way possible
