Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
I've had a really positive experience on the CBRE Graduate Scheme. Over the past year, I've worked on a wide range of projects and already taken responsibility for several smaller workstreams. My team have been incredibly supportive and are great at explaining this and sharing their knowledge. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of social events to get involved in, which has made it easy to feel part of the wider team.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Since joining CBRE, I have gained experience across a variety of projects, supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications and associated reports, undertaking policy reviews and planning history research and assisting with the preparation of planning appraisals to inform development strategies.
