Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
Warm welcome received into the company with a smooth start. Very good structured programme and a lot of support throughout the process.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have completed a Property Management rotation where I was mainly responsible for supporting a senior surveyor with their day to day portfolio. Mainly, assisting with rent arrears, inspecting properties, working closely with the landlord to make sure the property is in good shape and drafting and charging service charge budgets.
I am now in office agency working for occupiers who are looking to acquire or dispose of their lease holds and we help them find an alterative space or renegotiate their lease.
