Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My role was to develop a suitable platform for novel anti-cancer therapeutics. My daily job included assessing different conjugation strategies and developed multiple analytical methods for characterising the drug that had been conjugated, as well as testing the biological effect of the newly developed drug on cancer cells.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, my line manager and personal supervisor were very nice. They guided me gently with patience throughout my placement, and were always happy to help if I had any issues.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture was very nice. All the members are gentle, patient and generous. Everyone has been very supportive and has always happy to help whenever I had any questions.
