My experience at NatWest Group has been extremely positive. As a Graduate Trainee, I've been given meaningful opportunities to contribute to real business objectives while receiving strong support from colleagues and managers. As part of the NatWest graduate programme, I have worked across different rotations, giving me exposure to various areas of the business. My responsibilities have included supporting customer experience initiatives, analysing data and customer insights, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to projects that improve customer outcomes.
