Answering lots of questions from candidates via email and phone call
Arranging Assessment Centres and making sure they are full to ensure clients utilise each AC
Coaching calls for candidates prior to ACs
Screening applications (written but also video interviews)

Not lots of responsibility but I still need to hold myself accountable when I make mistakes - so you still get a sense of pressure which I think is really good.

The way I ask for help - rather than aimlessly asking for questions when I don't know something, do a bit of looking to see if I can use my resources to answer it myself. Then, try phrase the questions in a more closed answered way.
Also just general work etiquette, ability to work harder for longer lots of very useful life skills.

I received lots, everyone is so lovely and approachable I felt really comfortable to ask anyone relevant anything. I really enjoyed it for this reason. The office temperament was great and made it really easy to settle in!

Company culture and general atmosphere was fantastic. Everyone is approachable and easy to talk to. There is a big emphasis on team bonding with lots of whole company social events that were always fantastic. Specifically, we had a company corporate Go Karting event that was my favourite. Very enjoyable and was a great chance to get to know people I had much less contact with day-to-day

I absolutely loved it. I couldn't recommend a placement to more Uni students and specifically working at Amberjack. I loved my time there because of the work atmosphere and support I felt I got that I fear will be very different at a lot of other companies.
