Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I am involved in a variety of different projects, including systems work, managing events, and other smaller ones. On a day-to-day basis, this involves talking to numerous stakeholders and coming to a state of agreement that makes as many parties as possible content. As well as this, I am doing lots of work on apps like Excel, PowerPoint and Forms to gather information and display it in a clear, coherent manner.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, more than I've had before in my lifetime. I found it very freeing in the sense that it has given me a better understanding about what I'm capable of, especially under pressure situations & tight deadlines.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and manages to see beyond struggles in their own world to consider those in mine. It's an amazing atmosphere, where people collaborate and work freely with an open mind in order to achieve better things for the wider team as well as individuals.
