When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Arup?

in the final stage they will ask you to carry out a design and present it within a 40 min window, my advice would be for this stage to have a justification for every aspect of your design, even if its wrong they are more interested in seeing you apply engineering judgement.
