Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arup?
Mostly good, interesting work, nice people and opportunities to develop.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Role: Graduate Energy Advisory Consultant.
The role is develop projects or research at a very early stage of development to help build more understanding and create a more investable outcome. This involves a basic level of coding and building models, basic analytic skills (essentialy common sense applied to specific problems), a deep understanding of excel and PowerPoint/report writing.

Big opportunity to impact meaningfully to team and society. this is very project dependant however, so ay not always be possible.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

More pay would be nice for the company that markets itself as the most educated and in depth knowledge and advice to clients,
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Possible to get responsibility to prepare yourself for future tasks, as with any job however, you do need to fight for it a little though. (as in show your capable and convince someone to give you that responsibility, it won't fall into your lap)
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Fairly often, more opportunity to do a deep learning on specific tools is required however.
