Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at NatWest Group. I have got involved in various different work at my time in NatWest, and have been fully supported over my time. I have done four different placements in this team, each of them learning something different. Overall, I have developed both personally and professionally during my time here.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Common responsibilities includes attending stand-up meetings and providing updates, presenting to stakeholders, improving upon code that already exists, research tasks. Elements I enjoyed most were when I could see the impact of my work i.e. presenting ideas to stakeholders, and seeing those ideas be implemented.
