Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
Very good, welcoming workplace. Fosters a nice work culture. Grad scheme is exploratory and you get out what you put in. NatWest put an effort into creating community between the grads through councils and events. Placement teams in my experience have always been super positive, and the teams are happy to have a grad join them.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Rotation 1 - Took a change from ideation to production, so juggled many priorities including governance tasks, requriements writing, quality testing, comms writing.
