Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I completed three different rotations, all focused on data analysis: Mortgage Pricing, Customer Insight, and Risk Policy & Control.
Across all three roles, my day-to-day work involved analysing different types of data, ranging from quantitative analysis to more qualitative and semantic-based analysis.
In Mortgage Pricing, I analysed the performance of mortgage products and market trends to support pricing decisions.
In Customer Insight, I worked on a project focused on vulnerable customers, using data to better understand customer needs and behaviours.
In Risk Policy & Control, I analysed loss events and identified potential control gaps, helping the business strengthen its risk management framework.

All of my managers were very supportive and willing to help when needed. However, the level of guidance was balanced, and I spent most of the time learning independently and finding solutions myself.
