Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?

I have really enjoyed my time at NatWest Group so far, the culture at the bank is very positive and there is support for young people.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

My main responsibilities so far has been organising communication between multiple stakeholders, problem solving for solutions which meet customer needs and amending policies.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My current rotation provides me with a lot of responsibility, the team is relatively small which means that my work is more impactful and I get a lot of one-on-one time with my manager.

How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

The graduate rotation is good in preparing me for a future career as I am able to rotate through different business areas to find out what area I prefer.

I am currently working on a lot of different projects which gives me exposure to a lot of different skills. Also, I am developing a lot of skills through the professional qualifications that I am doing through the graduate scheme.
