Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I was given 3 projects to work through during my time at Citi, at my own pace, helping different parts of my team. This could involve meetings and taking notes, testing platforms/vendors, experimenting with new products, validating platforms, researching and presenting

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

My manager was amazing at building up my skills and giving me the opportunities to build up my confidence in presentations, getting involved with major projects, hosting meetings, dealing with stakeholders and vendors.

My manager and people within my team were a great source of support at every stage, but during recruitment and the initial week, I was very lost

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone was super welcoming and kind. There was opportunities to link and network with anyone in the business regardless of their position. There were specific networking events held too
