Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

i feel like I'm leaving having formed very strong bonds with my team, almost like a second family. You hardly think of them as your colleagues and that's the kind of culture that's fostered here at RRMC. Big cohort of interns too so there's a great work life balance.

What advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce

Work hard, play hard. it is an easy going relaxed environment especially on production side but you do need to focus and prove your worth - be an asset to the team.
