Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Rolls-Royce?

The grad scheme is made up of several short placements. This was great for seeing the variety of work that such a large engineering company undertakes. A permanent role is offered to all grads which allows you to plan ahead for the future with confidence. The company has strong community and the grads have a reputation for building close social connections which was great for moving to a new city. The work itself was varied but often insufficient to fill a full time role and lacking in support, especially as the game placement are so short and varied.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
