Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
My experience with CBRE has been great so far. There is an excellent graduate community which you can connect with regardless of what stage of the Grad scheme you're in. You can also connect with other graduates on different schemes. There is a plethora of social activities you can participant in and events which happen regularly. I'd also like to highlight how transparent and reachable management and senior leadership are, which allows you learn from them and seek advice.

CBRE offer a great work-life balance and great exposure to senior management which allows you to seek advice from people who are in a position you'd like to get to. They also offer several opportunities for professional development which come alongside the role.

Make sure you understand the business line you're going into CBRE have several business' Advisory, IM, FM. It's important you understand the nature of that business and how your work may have a positive impact on operations.
