Overall, how would you describe your experience at Latham & Watkins?

Latham & Watkins is an enjoyable place to work, with great people and great support. Of course, the work is tough and there are ups and downs but I generally look forward to coming to work most days.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

Main responsibilities include trainee tasks such as compiling documents, assisting with drafting and proof reading as well as liaising with clients. I really enjoy the level of responsibility I am given as well, and the training is great.

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
