Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Create and deliver accurate and timely reports by using data provided by CRM-style systems. Reports are delivered globally to headquarters and corresponding regions. Create dashboards and visualisations for large datasets with tools like Power BI and excel. Provide stakeholders with requested data.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, maybe highly confidential reports were part of my role's duty. Interns were also asked to occasionally volunteer for varies events.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

Quite a bit. It was nice to gain hands-on experience, which opened up a new career area for me where I never really considered it before. Joining corporate was also less intimidating than it seems. Lots of growth. Definitely helped me prepared better when I graduate.
