Global Graduate Associate Review

On the PT&D graduate scheme, I rotated across 3 departments in 8 month placements, covering (in my case) formulation at early and late stage development, and project management. The graduate program allows you to try different areas of the business and tailor your career pathway to what you want to explore.

Depending on the rotations you do, the work you do is vast, but you have opportunities to contribute to real projects that impact patients, and get to apply problem solving to help your team and projects to move forward.

There is a 11% of your salary benefit fund, which contributes to your pension and/or other perks such as healthcare, dentist, travel insurance, extra holiday buy, etc.

The PT&D Graduate programme has not only given my the opportunity to figure out the next stages of my career, but it has given me the technical skills required, and soft skills required to excel and progress.

We have buddys, mentors, supervisors, managers, and graduate scheme alumini that are supportive and can provide advice/help depending on the issue.

You are not expected to work beyond your contracted hours, and working hours are flexible around the core time of 10-3pm. e.g., you can do a 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 day.
