Nice colleagues, well paid, lots of opportunities for development and responsibilities. Culture is generally positive but not universally.

Carrying out graduate rotations, supporting graduate schemes, involvement in other EWGs. Enjoyed the flexibility to pick graduate rotations based on interests.
