Very structured and supportive programme. Welcomed in and there is clear structure to your time, teams treat you well and there is continued connection with Early Careers throughout the programme.

There is an induction that gives you a holistic view of the firm and people from different practice areas give you an insight into their day-to-day.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

So friendly and welcoming. Genuinely nice people. It is reassuring and inspirational to be in teams with successful, ambitious people who remain down to earth and nice. The office put on events whilst we were here which helped us feel included and welcomed.
