Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The Summer Internship involved two days in the London office, participating in talks and activities with all the Interns from the offices around the UK. For 3 weeks, I was then in the Leeds office participating in 2 1.5 week seats, completing typical trainee tasks.

I was able to learn a lot about the DLA practice groups, the structure of the groups in the UK, and how they interact with other offices globally.

Everyone in both the Leeds and London office was genuinely lovely and each colleague I interacted with felt like they wanted you to succeed.
