Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

I was set tasks by a supervisor in the department I was based in. Sometimes these tasks were short, but others required a few days of work. The tasks varied in style with some being research based and others involving drafting advice notes or communication to clients. I received regular, constructive feedback and I was able to learn from a wide variety of members across my team.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was useful to get a feel for the firm culture and day-to-day attitudes towards work. I was able to understand where my own strengths and attributes would be valuable in the team.

Everyone is very dedicated and committed to their work and business needs, but equally there is a strong personal culture here where everyone is supportive and friendly.
