Overall, how would you describe your experience at Lloyds Banking Group?
Really positive overall, you get loads of support and freedom to explore what interests you.
Lots of networking opportunities and events as well and a strong early careers network.
Only qualm is that sustainability is not as strong as advertised in the role and it must be picked up separately to day to day work

Role 1: Business Operations
Ways of working improvements, pitching and delivering ideas, AI and tech rollout and embedding, customer vulnerability.
Role 2: Commercial Team, Insurance
Data architecture, data flow mapping, data product drafting and pitching.
Power BI and analytics experience
