Overall, how would you describe your experience at Lloyds Banking Group?
Really enjoyable. Able to do a wide range of work and am sponsored to do a masters in HR as part of the scheme. A lot of resources dedicated to our learning which I really appreciate. Coming in the people I have met have also been very welcoming. Have not had anything bad.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I rotate teams every 6 months, so I have had a lot of different responsibilities. But I have enjoyed designing Business Process Maps

Lloyds is a reputatable brand and from the scheme I will have rotated around 4 teams giving me a very good understanding of HR

Theres is a good mix of formal training (Masters in HR) and a good mix of training on skills as well with the wide offering of training courses I can take advantage of the internal site
