Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
• Planned the end-to-end delivery of RPO and MSP recruitment projects.
• Managed various workstreams including business change, risk management, transformational change, technology, supply chain management, worker migration and stakeholder management.
• Supported in the mapping and drafting of business requirements and strategy to enable the team to make recommendations for new products and AI technologies that can be implemented to support the businesses evolving needs.
• Supported with the deployment and user testing of new products into the Hays technology estate.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was involved in internal projects and client facing project. I had a great manager who involved me in a lot. I would say having a good manager is very important to have a good experience and get exposure.

My team was very supportive and my main source of support was my manager. If I did flag any concerns HR was pretty responsive and always took me seriously.
