Overall, how would you describe your experience at Hays?
Very positive. Everyone has been really helpful, and given a lot of their time to us. It is a very supportive environment.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
It is a rotational scheme - I am currently on my first rotation, whilst completing the first ACA exams, so it has been very in and out. Currently main responsibilities are completing recs, and any adhoc tasks.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Line manager support has been great, the couldn't do enough for us. We have buddys who have really helped with the adjustment to study alongside work, and recommending what they found helpful.
