Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
We were assigned intern projects including financial modelling, making presentations on the sub-sectors the team covered and also conducting ESG research
I was also staffed on a live deal for an RCF refinancing

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, on top of the intern projects we were assigned by our team I was the only intern staffed on a live deal involving an RCF refinancing. This involved producing an Annual Review and Credit Memo

I learnt to work under pressure and effectively manage my time. I also learnt how to better communicate the stages I am at on each deliverable.
