Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
So far, my experience at CBRE GWS has been extremely positive. I’ve gained valuable knowledge and significantly deepened my understanding of ESG in facilities management, while also strengthening key soft skills such as public speaking.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My role involves integrating environmental, social, and governance principles into day-to-day operations. This includes optimising energy and water use, reducing waste and supporting carbon reduction targets, while also ensuring health and safety, occupant wellbeing, and enhancing social value. In addition, it involves monitoring ESG data, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing supplier standards and supporting sustainability reporting.
