Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My day to day was working with data to analyse and understand how we can reduce waste within my department nationally. This is using current and historical data to come up with solutions.
Additionally, I was able to test tools to aid other side projects including Life Cycle Assessments.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A lot was given to me. I was in charge to report/submit the plastic tax/EPR tax for the UK sites
