Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I am happy to share that I completed Lloyds Banking Group’s Start Your Journey Work Insights Programme - Technology and data.
It’s a fantastic experience. I hadn’t got much knowledge about coding and data analysis before this programme, but in four days, I done serveral amazing group work on fintech solutions!
That includes:
- a plan for accessibility strategy, including research, design and tech implementation
- a hackathon: “Robot in branch” and “voice online service” combined to help low digital literacy people to access digital banking services.
- new feature prototypes which aims to generate income reports for self employment users.

I learned about Cloud, coding, industry insight- future banking, problem-solving skills, efficient communication skills and helpful application tips.
