Operations Review

At the start of the week we received a timetable letting us know what event s we had on for the day. Usually we would start the day off by meeting people the work in citi bank from different sectors and learning about their job and what skills it involves. We would also get the chance to ask them questions at the end to make sure that we understood everything. All the speakers were extremely kind and nice so if you had a question you wouldn't be afraid to ask it.

It was great because all the speakers at CITI were extremely clear and truthful with their job so it felt like I was learning a lot about each sector.

First most important skill is confidence. I managed to envelop this skill throughout the spring week by asking questions to the speakers and speaking up when I would have a group exercise. Another very important skill is always being open to learn new things. After listening to the workers from CITI bank they mentioned that they are more likely to hire people that are interested in learning constantly.

Everyone who worked at CITI was amazing and extremely kind. If you had any internet problems they wold help you fix it or wait for you while you figured it out. Also if you had any other problems thought the week or if you had any questions you could just email them and they were very quick to respond

I really enjoyed the insight and I would highly recommend it to anyone whois thinking about it. You get to learn so much and have great fun while doing it.
