Overall, how would you describe your experience at Cummins?

Excellent company with a great working atmosphere & colleagues who are genuinely there to help you learn & grow. In my experience, Cummins treat me very well in terms of rewarding me when I produced high quality work during my placement & now in my graduate role.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

I am in charge of testing on engine ECU's to make sure everything works properly & I enjoy the learning curve of the role the most as you have to get stuck in, in order to learn quickly.
