Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The days involved insight talks from professionals in different divisions in which we could network and gain further industry exposure. This was really important in understanding which division you enjoyed.
We participated in interactive games with Amplify me trading such as IPO simulation, Quant simulation, market maker simulations and hedge fund simulations.
We also gained further exposure to the culture present at Citi by understanding the different work they do to ensure positive social impact.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The companies culture is amazing, everyone is so humble even though they are so smart. Everyone is so open to helping in fact one of the phrases that were repeated so often was "no question is stupid".
Also, it is a very global bank, in fact, the most global, which means there is a very unique environment with so many diverse people and cultures.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed everything about it, very insightful yet not bombarded with information.
Also, there is a plethora of interactive games, simulations, and other activities so it's actually really fun!!
