Meeting various teams from the office and having spotlight sessions with the teams to understand more about the work they do and answer any questions that we might have.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Collaborative, friendly and professional. Everyone seemed to get along and from speaking to various members of Irwin Mitchell everyone was approachable and seemed to enjoy the work done at the firm.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

It was planned exceptionally, making the spotlight sessions go smoothly and it was very informative. Over all I do not think anything could be improved as I enjoyed it very much.

You need to fully understand what Irwin Mitchell does and why you want to work at the firm. Thorough research can be done through the firm's website and even social media. I especially found some of the firms YouTube videos very informative.
