Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
On a day to to basis I handle requests that come into the queue from other companies looking for Microsoft resources. I then look at who has the correct skills and is available. I then contact the resources.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given alot of responsibility. Whenever my manager was on leave I was given sole responsibility of tasks.
