Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Serve as a strategic partner to customers, helping them realise business value through Microsoft’s cloud technologies and services.
The role was customer-facing and relationship-driven, as I became a key point of contact for guiding customers through their digital transformation journey.
Core Responsibilities included: Customer Engagement & Relationship Management, Delivery Coordination & Value Realisation, Operational Excellence, Strategic Planning & Success Programmes, and Cross-Team Collaboration.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
There was a lot of independence and autonomy the company really runs on the mindset that you have to find your opportunities but it’s also really good at supporting you when you’re working on something you’re new too
