Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role consists of working with customer order tickets for devices, and ensuring that these tickets are progressed fully and efficiently - ensuring great customer service where making / taking calls, or updating customers via ticket cases.

Was given lots of responsibility as if I was a regular employee + had the ability to take on projects to improve my area of the business.
