Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As an Order Fulfilment Intern, your role sits within Business Operations and focuses on ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered smoothly from start to finish.
On a day to day basis this involves resending failed orders that have gone via EDI, actioning the in stock elsewhere report to ensure orders are being placed with the most cost efficient distributor with stock available, placing orders and supporting the team when needed.
