I received a lot of support from everyone in the Marine team, and I had weekly meetings with my Manager and team for catchups

Company culture is absolutely amazing. General atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable to work and learn in. The level of diversity and inclusivity is amazing.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I really enjoyed my placement year. Not just needing space from Uni, but also because I have been able to develop personally and professionally, and learn a lot about my self as an individual.
